Krista Grotte Saxon Review from Aced magazine
-
"Krista Grotte Saxon has made a bid for stardom with Nation’s Fire. There’s always a need for another action character in the business and in Nation’s Fire she shows her stuff. The film gets very chaotic for her character Gloria, especially when the Russian mob is responsible for her son’s death. Diving in head first as the single mom in a rage, her fighting style looks believable, her attitude perfect for the woman who has lived a tough life and showing her revenge face she’s a powerhouse to be reckoned with. Give her a thriller flick with a hefty budget and a good director and she should rival some of the current action stars." - https://acedmagazine.com/nations-fire-burns-with-revenge/
Krista Grotte Saxon – Biography
Krista Grotte Saxon is an award-winning actress, executive producer, and trailblazing force in the independent film world. With over two decades of experience in front of and behind the camera, Krista has carved a fearless path through an industry notorious for gatekeeping—emerging as both a celebrated performer and a battle-tested businesswoman.
Her acting career spans multiple genres, from Horror, to gritty thrillers to bold dramas, with performances that have earned her acclaim and recognition—including the prestigious Crystal Reel Award for Best Actress. Krista has starred alongside some of the biggest names in the business, including horror legend Tony Todd, action icon Bill Goldberg, character actor William Forsythe, cult hero Fred “The Hammer” Williamson, Gil Bellows, Chuck Liddell, and two-time Academy Award nominee Bruce Dern.
As an executive producer, Krista helmed the feature film Nation’s Fire, investing $1.3 million of her own funds and assembling an Academy Award–winning producing team to bring her vision to life. The project became a passion-fueled mission—one that exposed her to the harsh realities of Hollywood’s back-end business practices. That experience would ignite something deeper: a rebellion.
Refusing to be another artist exploited by the system, Krista launched Filmmaker Berserk™, a film business and AI training platform that teaches independent filmmakers how to fund, finish, and fiercely protect their art. With over 30 online courses in development, she’s now leading a new wave of creators ready to bypass the gatekeepers, retain control of their IP, and build profitable careers without compromise.
Outside of entertainment, Krista brings 14 years of aviation software development experience into her filmmaking strategy—blending analytical precision with creative grit. She’s graced magazine covers, built a devoted following on social media, and continues to speak out about the industry's need for transparency and transformation.
Krista Grotte Saxon isn’t just a name on a marquee—she’s a movement. A Queen Berserker. A voice for the voiceless. And a relentless advocate for artists who refuse to bow down.

The History
Death on Demand- the Halloween style trailer was my first movie with a major release. It was for rent on shelves of BLOCKBUSTER video and other video stores across the nation. This was the greatest feeling- even though I play a stereotypical bimbo role- we had a blast shooting this in Peekskill Ny.
